Under the background of China’s “dual carbon” target, green development has become an important development direction of the construction industry. For a long time, the development of China’s green building industry mainly relies on the support of administrative means and financial funds, and the role of green finance and other market mechanisms has not been fully brought into play. This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of green finance supporting new green buildings.
