Research on the Maturity of Intelligent Construction Management in the Whole Process of Prefabricated Buildings

Intelligent construction is an important means of industrialization in new construction, which can realize the whole process of prefabricated buildings, all-round information, integration, digitalization and intelligent management, and reshape the value chain and supply chain system of the construction industry. At present, the relevant research on prefabricated intelligent construction is relatively fragmented and independent, and there are few studies on the intelligent construction management of the whole process of prefabricated buildings. So it is difficult for us to accurately estimate the level of intelligent manufacturing capabilities of contractors in prefabricated buildings. Starting from prefabricated buildings and intelligent construction under the background of new-type building industrialization, this paper constructs the maturity model, maturity evaluation index and evaluation standard of the intelligent construction management of the whole process of prefabricated buildings. It is expected to be helpful for the evaluation and improvement of the level of intelligent construction management in the entire process of prefabricated buildings.
