Analysis on the Influencing Factors and Control Measures of Construction Quality of Prefabricated Building

Under the new situation, the extensive construction and management mode of traditional construction projects has shown many problems in the development process, such as excessive resource waste, serious environmental pollution, and high workload of construction personnel [1]. Therefore, it is imperative to promote the development of Prefabricated building in China. However, in the current quality management practice of Prefabricated building in China, the relevant participants lack the quality management concept and sense of responsibility, resulting in poor construction quality of Prefabricated building, which affects the healthy and sustainable development of China’s construction projects. Based on the case study method, this paper selects the quality management of the construction process of Prefabricated building as the research object, tries to study and analyze the factors affecting the construction quality of Prefabricated building, and formulate scientific development countermeasures to improve the construction quality of Prefabricated building, so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of China’s construction projects.
