In order to promote the development of prefabricated building parts in the direction of intelligent production, according to the production process of prefabricated building parts, key technologies such as industrial Internet of Things and visual data acquisition are organically integrated, and the whole production process of prefabricated buildingparts is designed comprehensively, including production line management system, quality management system, equipment management system, etc. And through the industrial Internet of Things technology, data acquisition and monitoring and control platform to carry out data fusion and interaction at all stages of production, to achieve intelligent production of prefabricated buildings; At the sametime, the intelligent production of PC components to carry out virtual simulation analysis. The research shows that the interactive integration of digital industrial Internet of Things technology and data acquisition can be used as an effective path to realize the intelligent production of prefabricated buildings.
