Advancement of Digital Operation, Digital Strategy, Supply Chain Management on the Eighteenth ICMSEM Proceedings
摘要
Engineering management (EM) is an interdisciplinary field that aims to plan, organize, guide, and control the implementation of engineering projects to achieve project objectives. It encompasses aspects such as project management, cost control, resource allocation, and risk management, with the goal of ensuring that engineering projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specifications. Engineering management requires coordination among stakeholders, optimization of resource utilization, problem-solving, and maximizing the likelihood of project success. Through scientific methods and tools, engineering management helps improve project efficiency, quality, and sustainability. This article focuses on EM, briefly describing the first volume of the 18th ICMSEM program. Firstly, it reviews the key research areas of EM: Digital Operation, Digital Strategy, Supply Chain Management. Next, it discusses the most prominent issues in the 18th ICMSEM program volume. Finally, future developments are analyzed using CiteSpace. Overall, ICMSEM continues to provide a valuable platform for academic interaction and exchange to ensure innovation in future Management Science and Engineering Management (MSEM).
