摘要

The role of safety culture in preventing accidents in oil and gas field enterprises is paramount, serving as the critical pivot from passive to proactive safety measures. Existing research predominantly focuses on the relationship between safety culture and safety behavior. However, studies examining the establishment of a “chain transmission” perspective in oil and gas field enterprises are relatively scarce. Therefore, this study constructs a theoretical model of the mechanism of action, centering on key variables such as safety conceptual culture, safety institutional culture, safety material culture, safety behavior culture, and safety culture performance. It conducts a survey among employees of oil and gas field enterprises and employs the structural equation modeling software Amos 26 to test direct, mediating, and chain mediating effects based on survey data. Based on empirical results, the study offers practical insights for the development of safety culture in oil and gas field enterprises.
