Optimal Scheduling Towards Emergency Response of Mobile Energy Storage System Considering Different Priorities of Users
摘要
As the diesel emergency power supply vehicle has the defects of high noise and large pollution, which makes it no longer applicable in residential areas, hospitals, important meeting places and other scenes need quiet power supply. Power grid companies use mobile energy storage system(MESS) with lithium battery as power supply to replace diesel emergency power supply vehicle in order to provide environmental and noise-free emergency power service. Due to the different levels of damage caused by power outages to different electricity consumers, power users are divided into four classes, each with a different priority for emergency power supply. To guarantee the emergency power supply of power users under a certain service reliability probability, a maximal expected coverage location model is used to determine the location of emergency power service stations and decide the allocation strategy of MESSs to each emergency power service station. An arithmetic example is used to verify the effectiveness of the method. The results show that the model is able to cover all demand nodes based on a reliability probability of 95%. This study provides an effective method for siting emergency service stations and MESS allocation strategy.
