Policy Promotion of China Smart Education

In 2023, China continuously insisted on the “3C” philosophy of “Connection, Content and Cooperation” and the basic principles of “application is the king, service first, simplicity and efficiency, and safe operation”, promoted the national strategic action of education digitalization in an in-depth way, and took top-level design as the overall guidance and digital resources and education data as the elements, to deepen the application, optimize the governance and strengthen the service, reshaped two patterns of domestic guarantee and international exchange, focused on developing the digital education that is equal and inclusive, of higher quality, suitable for everyone, of green development, opening and cooperative, and has gradually stepped on a path of digital transformation of education with Chinese characteristics, having accumulated great power for the development of smart education.
