Core Philosophy of China Smart Education

As a new concept in the digital era, the connotations of smart education have won extensive attention. In this report, smart education is taken as the advanced stage of digital education, i.e., the ultimate development objective of education transformation in the digital era. The philosophy of smart education is rooted in practice. At present, the Chinese Government is vigorously developing digital education toward smart education, which has provided a solid practice soil for innovating the philosophy of smart education, and it is also deepening the understanding of the internal law of smart education development.
