3D Medical Image Segmentation Through Volume Rendering

Segmentation of images is the technique of separating sections in an image that typically correlates regions of interest, lessons, and tumors. Segmentation plays a very important role in visualization of anatomical structures. In this proposed technique “3D Medical Image Segmentation through Volume Rendering”, intensity range adjustment, threshold technique, grow from seed technique, and finally volume rendering techniques have been implemented. However, the use of image segmentation algorithms to aid in the volume rendering process has received high attention.
