Exploration of Application Technology in Total-Body PET/CT

In comparison to traditional positron emission tomography–computed tomography (PET/CT), total-body (TB) PET/CT has demonstrated higher sensitivity and offers a variety of imaging parameters, such as ultra-low dose scanning, fast scanning, and ultra-long time-delay scanning. This expansion of PET/CT’s clinical application is noteworthy; however, further exploration and improvement of TB PET/CT are necessary to maximize its capabilities.
