In the context of increasing global demand for twenty-first-century education skills such as critical thinking, the significance of network-type thinking methods is becoming ever more pronounced. This study investigates the potential of integrating Eduinformatics and information and communication technology (ICT) in early childhood education to cultivate these essential skills. By specifically focusing on picture books, we propose a method utilizing topic model analysis to aid young learners in navigating the complexities of information-rich environments, thereby laying a foundation for key twenty-first-century skills, including critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving. This research introduces advanced techniques to surpass traditional text analysis limitations, allowing for efficient and precise analysis of extensive data sets. The findings underscore that integrating ICT in early childhood education not only enhances the learning experience but also significantly contributes to the cognitive and linguistic development of young learners.
