Characteristics of Pediatric CIC
摘要
The treatment principle of pediatric NB is to prevent VUR and hydronephrosis, prevent upper urinary tract injury, and protect kidney function. Therefore, timely emptying of the bladder and maintaining a low-pressure state of the bladder is particularly important for the treatment of NB children, which is the key to preventing VUR and hydronephrosis and other upper urinary tract damage. For NB children who cannot empty their bladder on their own, a catheter can be retained, or CIC can be used to assist in emptying the bladder.
