Methodology

This chapter describes the methodology used to construct the Country Political Risk Index, including the survey questionnaire distributed to Chinese researchers and professional managers with experience in outward foreign direct investment project management. The chapter then explains how the index was constructed based on the survey results, including the primary indicators and sub-indicators used in the index, as well as the weights assigned to each indicator.
