Literature Review
摘要
The present study sets up an objective to explore psycho-correction discourse in community corrections from the perspective of individuation in the context of restorative justice. The literature reviewed for this purpose involves many perspectives and is categorized into four major sections in this chapter. It begins with tracing the previous studies on restorative justice in both criminal justice field and non-judicial field. The practices of reintegrative shaming, which are closely related to restorative justice, will also be reviewed. Next, the related literature on psycho-correction in community corrections, including theories and practices in criminal sociology and in psychology, will be reviewed. Then, psycho-correction discourse from the perspectives of Conversation Analysis, Pragmatics and Systemic Functional Linguistics will be reviewed. Finally, literature concerning individuation studies from the perspectives of SFL, in the field of criminal justice and in the non-judicial field will be presented.
