Resonant Switched-Capacitor Step-Up DC/DC Converter
摘要
As introduced in Chap. 1, the non-isolated MV DC/DC converters can be divided into inductor, switched-capacitor, and resonant types according to the different step-up components. Switched-capacitor converter transfers power through capacitors instead of magnetic components, improving power density. To solve the hard-switching problem of switching devices, resonant switched-capacitor (RSC) converters transferring power by resonant tanks (i.e., resonant inductors and resonant capacitors) are developed. It can achieve soft switching operation of switching devices, effectively reducing the switching loss, and improving the efficiency. However, most of the (resonant) switched-capacitor converters suffer from a high number of switching devices.
