Different Persistent Luminescent Materials and Suitable Adoptions for Improving the Efficiency
摘要
In this chapter, we focus on the research results of persistent luminescent materials (PLMs) based on our laboratory research and other related reports, systematically elaborate, and classify the types of PLMs from different host materials, and emission wavelengths, and summarize the main issues of PLMs. Then, the suitable means to improve the efficiency (such as afterglow duration and brightness) of PLMs are discussed and summarized, such as doping effect, solid solution, energy transfer, surface modification, and so on. Finally, we draw a conclusion and a perspective of the PLMs, to extend and provide a reference for the researchers in this field.
