As one of the higher education institutions, state universities and colleges are mandated to provide quality education which can be measured in the performance of its graduates in board examinations, such as Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET). Thus, the researchers analyzed the LET results from 2015–2019 in the Elementary and Secondary Education to find out what is the performance of the first timers and repeaters. Results revealed that the passing percentage for the re-takers remained uncertain while first timers have slowly increased growth. Further analysis showed that Elementary majors experienced difficulty in answering Professional Education subjects while Secondary majors manifested difficulty in answering Specialization. In addition, there is a need to craft an intervention program to address the difficulties experienced by the graduates. There is also a need to further study other factors which can contribute to their LET results.
