Perioperative Pain Management
摘要
Improving pain management after TKA enhances knee joint function and increases patient satisfaction during the early postoperative period [1]. Effective pain reduction not only yields favorable short-term outcomes but also plays a role in ameliorating long-term outcomes by minimizing the likelihood of developing chronic pain [1]. TKA is associated with severe postoperative pain; however, the widespread use of multimodal analgesia and pre-emptive pain management strategies has facilitated successful pain control.
