Factors Affecting Postoperative Flexion Angle
摘要
Knee flexion angle significantly influences clinical outcomes after total knee arthroplasty (TKA), particularly in patients performing high-flexion activities. While preoperative flexion is the primary predictor of postoperative outcomes, other factors also play a role. Non-surgical factors like obesity and pain control, as well as surgical factors including gap balance, posterior tibial slope, posterior condylar offset (PCO), and anterior condyle height (ACH), are crucial for achieving optimal postoperative flexion. Surgeons must carefully manage these factors to enhance patient-reported outcomes and overall knee function.
