摘要

Although total knee arthroplasty (TKA) is a successful surgical technique with stable postoperative outcomes, it can lead to loosening in cases of poor alignment [1]. Therefore, there is a need for more precise surgery to improve outcomes [1]. Computer-assisted surgery (CAS) for knee joint replacement has been developed to address this need, and studies verifying its accuracy have been published since the early 2000s [2]. In Japan, the use of navigation in TKA began in 2002, and its validation has been reported since 2004 [3, 4].
