Medial Pivot TKA
摘要
MP TKA is used to obtain knee-joint stability by utilizing a ball-in-socket mechanism in the medial compartment. Through resection of the PCL [1–7] and the prevention of conflicts between the shape constraint of the implant and ligament tension, both stability and ROM can be achieved.
