BCR-TKA
摘要
The ACL is always resected in conventional TKA. BCR-TKA was introduced to preserve all knee ligaments, including the ACL, in anticipation of preserving physiological kinematics, stability, and proprioception, to thereby achieve a favorable surgical outcome. However, for all ligaments to function effectively without kinematic conflicts, surgical techniques must be performed with consideration of constitutional alignment [1]. In addition, computer-assisted (navigation, robotic) surgery is desirable because the appropriate soft tissue balance of the medial and lateral compartments in all ranges impacts the surgical outcomes.
