Biomechanics of the Knee Joint
摘要
Among the analysis methods for joint movement during bodily motion, one method identifies and tracks the position by attaching infrared reflection markers to landmarks of the human body and photographing them synchronously with multiple infrared cameras. This method is represented by VICON®, in which a precise analysis is performed based on position accuracy and high measurement density. The method can also synchronize the floor-reaction force and measure it as a 3D vector in real time. Furthermore, if myoelectric measurements are performed, the relative activity of the functioning muscles can be estimated. Gait analysis using this method is described below.
