摘要

It is shown that as market relations are established in the economy of Ukraine and other developing countries, such an aspect of decision-making as a preventive analysis of the financial condition indicators (FС) of companies to implement proactive measures to lower potentially negative consequences becomes extremely important for companies and enterprises. Accordingly, the role of effective and highly efficient management of the processes of formation of financial resources for companies is growing. And this, in turn, dictates the need to consider the techniques and methods for analyzing the FC of companies, in particular, the solvency indicators of companies for which considerable influence is exerted by the results of trading in the company’s securities on the securities market. Game model considered trading session on the securities market. It is shown that it is expedient to describe the controllability of the process in a trading session from the point of view of a game approach based on solving a bilinear differential game of quality with fuzzy information. The novelty of the model proposed in this article lies in the fact that, unlike similar works, it contains a solution to a bilinear differential quality game with several terminal surfaces, considering information fuzziness. The results obtained can contribute to the efficient operation of departments in charge of the processes of buying and selling securities, which, in turn, will be useful for improving the FC of companies. The article also presents the results of a computational experiment.
