Security of internet-connected systems from cyber threats, attacks, and unauthorized access is raising concern in today’s world. Artificial intelligence, where models are implemented to think and train like the human brain, has proved to be effective in solving cybersecurity issues. AI techniques like machine learning, deep learning, supervised learning, and convolutional neural networks can be beneficial in creating intelligent and automated security systems. Both public and private sectors are interested in applications and products using AI in cybersecurity. However, like other technological advancements, AI also has its vulnerabilities. Knowing and understanding AI capabilities and their usage thoroughly is important before using them. This paper entails the usage vulnerabilities and cyberattacks engineered by AI in cybersecurity systems.
