An Inferential Analysis of Customer Experience Transformation Through AR VR Immersive and Collaborative Environments

Emerging AR/VR technology has seen significant growth in the interior designing industry, allowing designers to create immersive and interactive experiences for their clients. By using AR/VR tools, designers can visualize and present their design concepts in a more compelling and realistic way. This technology has also helped to streamline the design process, making it easier for designers to collaborate with clients and other professionals involved in the project. Additionally, AR/VR technology has expanded the possibilities for designing spaces, allowing designers to experiment with new materials, textures, and layouts in a virtual environment before executing them in the real world. As this technology continues to advance, it has the potential to revolutionize the interior designing industry and create new opportunities for designers and clients alike. This research paper explores how virtual and augmented reality (VR/AR) are reshaping the interaction between clients and interior design companies by creating an immersive, interactive, and collaborative environment. This study uses a sample of clients and an interior design company to conduct experiments and gather data on the benefits of VR/AR in the design process. The data are further statistically analyzed using multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA). The results suggest that using VR/AR in the design process enhances communication between clients and designers, improves the visualization of design concepts, and increases client satisfaction. The findings of this study contribute to a growing body of literature on the use of VR/AR in the interior design industry and provide insights into the future of client–designer interactions.
