In this chapter, we cover a wide variety of ovarian lesions with a focus on benign, borderline, and malignant Brenner tumors. In addition, we touch on a wide range of other rare ovarian neoplasms that every pathologist should be familiar with. This chapter emphasizes the differential diagnosis of these entities and keys to case workup and diagnosis. Thorough review of the morphology, immunohistochemical profiles, and molecular characteristics of these neoplasms will be covered.
