摘要

This study validated the Cambodian translation of the Auckland Individualism and Collectivism Scale (AICS). Using a sample of 249 students from CamEd Business School, both the English and Cambodian versions of the AICS were assessed for internal consistency, convergent validity with the Triandis Individualism and Collectivism Scale (INDCOL), and predictive validity using the Rahim Organizational Conflict Inventory (ROCI2A). Results indicated acceptable to good reliability for most subscales, with confirmatory factor analysis showing an acceptable fit for both language versions. Predictive validity was supported, with Individualism and Collectivism significantly predicting various conflict management styles. The study highlights the AICS as a reliable tool for cultural orientation assessment in Cambodia. Further implications and limitations are discussed.
