摘要

Orthogonal frequency division multiplexing technique (OFDM) has become a major area of research in both optical and wireless communication. This multicarrier modulation has many of the advantages already known, but one of its main drawbacks is sensitivity to phase noise. That is why we have combined with the SAC-OCDMA technique which eliminates these phase noises, with the introduction of high-performance codes. In addition this technique can have a high number of simultaneous users. Therefore, with this hybrid OFDM SAC OCDMA technique can improve a high data rate, the quality of long-distance communications by eliminating inter-symbol interference (ISI) and improving the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR).The goal is to achieve a high throughput of 10Gbps for the novel generation 5G with direct spectral detection and MDW code. Our study is based on performance evaluation in terms of EVM ratio and BER, fiber length and input power. This allows us to conclude that when the EVM increases to 17%, the distance also increases up to 70 km, beyond which the link quality will be degraded for a BER of 4.0447 × 10−9 and an input power below 5 dBm.
