摘要

Integration of quantum emitters with photonic cavities can offer significant benefits, such as improved photon emission, directional emission, reduced decoherence, scalability, and control over photon properties. In this study, we investigate the spectral engineering of CdSe colloidal quantum wells (CQWs) coupled to a guided mode resonance (GMR) structure. We observed spectrally narrowed emission with a linewidth of only 0.34 nm, a significant improvement over the natural linewidth of 12 nm. Furthermore, we achieve a five-fold increase in emission intensity, in addition to the spectral narrowing. We also investigate the role of spectral overlap in emission enhancement by tuning the GMR response. Our findings demonstrate the potential of CdSe CQWs integrated with GMR structures for the development of advanced photonic devices.
