Hybrid Anapole State in Hexagonal-Ring Shape All-Dielectric Metasurface
摘要
In this work, we report a new geometry of a dielectric meta-resonator that produces a hybrid anapole in the near IR wavelength range. The hexagonal-ring shape meta-resonator provides an additional degree of freedom. Through numerical simulations, it is shown that the destructive interference of electric and magnetic multipoles with their toroidal counterpart at a particular wavelength leads to the formation of a hybrid anapole state. The square lattice array of silicon nano-resonators provides the condition for the suppression of the far field. The presented design can be further used in designing the metasurface for building thin optical elements.
