From Green Tech to Digital Tech: Leveraging Digital Solutions for Sustainable Development (SD) in B2B Markets
摘要
This paper examines digital solutions for Sustainable Development (SD) in B2B markets. The paper finds that digital solutions have significant potential to promote sustainability outcomes in B2B markets by reducing carbon emissions, promoting resource efficiency, improving supply chain sustainability, and enhancing overall sustainability performance. However, adoption also faces challenges such as high implementation costs. The proposed framework integrates various dimensions of sustainability and emphasizes the importance of stakeholder participation in the development. The paper highlights the importance of a holistic approach to digital transformation and stakeholder involvement to ensure socially responsible solutions that address community needs. The need for this research arises from the growing importance of sustainability in business and the prospect of using digital technology (DT) for promoting sustainable development. Businesses gain from the research, governments, and society at large. Governments can use the research findings to develop policies that promote the use of digital technology (DT) for sustainable development, while society benefits from the environmental and social benefits of sustainable development. The research will contribute to construct more effective sustainability strategies that leverage digital technology (DT). The research findings will provide businesses with insights into the most promising digital solutions for sustainable development. Governments can encourage businesses to adopt sustainable practices.
