Back to Basics! Shifting Towards Morality Discourse: The Self-Delusion

This paper discusses the moral duty before business as a human being and light some shed to shifts back to the basics. This paper argues that most multinational shipping companies are self-deluded into the scientism of building mega ships without the proper consideration of how they will dispose of the ship once its lifespan is over. This leads them to dispose the ships in low-income countries such as Bangladesh without the regard for the lives they put at risk while the corporate managers of these multinational shipping companies limit their investigations to a criteria as a result they fail to recognise moral issues. This is caused by pride which causes them to try elevate them to a deity like status and obscures their reality causing them not to see the consequences of their actions.
