A Case Study in the Product Design and Development Process

This chapter shows the model presented in this book in a case study format and receiving the opinion of practitioners (such as experts) of the organization, it determines that the prioritization of the measures needed in the product design and development unit (case study) for the effective performance of the circular supply chain management how can be by combining fuzzy concepts, quality engineering techniques, and circular lean-agility. The final goal of the chapter is to prioritize the important indicators of the product design and development process to plan for the establishment of circular lean-agility thinking. The necessity of carrying out this study is rooted in the fact that planners, to select and prioritize plans at the time of planning and also to monitor the progress of plans at the time of implementation, need criteria and metrics to help them evaluate the conditions of the product design and development process.
