摘要

In today's rapidly evolving business environment, achieving operational excellence and resilience has become paramount for organizations seeking sustainable success. The combination of Industry 4.0 integration with Lean Six Sigma has emerged as a potent alliance, offering the potential for enhanced productivity, efficiency, and adaptability. This research paper aims to investigate the significance of Industry 4.0 and Lean Six Sigma in building resilient operations that can thrive amidst uncertainties and disruptions. Through a comprehensive literature review, 10 factors influencing organizational performance were identified. In this study, we employ the Fuzzy Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) method, which represents a multi-criteria decision-making framework, to investigate the interconnectedness of these variables concerning organizational resilience. The findings reveal that “Top Management Commitment (B3)” emerged as the most influential factor driving organizational performance, followed by “Real-time Decision-Making Capabilities (B1)”. Organizations can leverage these findings to prioritize and strategize the adoption of Industry 4.0 and Lean Six Sigma principles, thereby strengthening their resilience and competitiveness in the ever-evolving business landscape. This research contributes practical implications for businesses navigating the complexities of the modern world while fostering resilience and sustainability in their operations.
