摘要

This research attempts to test the effect of key drivers on the Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) practices and the resulting impact on firm performance in terms of environmental, financial, and operational dimensions. Our findings reveal internal drivers—top management, green purchasing, recovery, external drivers legislation, and Competitors, positively impact the GSCM practices. Furthermore, the study uncovers the diverse impacts of GSCM on environmental sustainability, financial stability, and operational efficiency. The results suggest that a strategic alignment of key constructs is pivotal for fostering effective GSCM practices, ultimately contributing to a more sustainable and resilient firm performance. In conclusion, this research contributes to the existing body of knowledge by offering a holistic perspective on the interdependence of constructs, GSCM implementation, and firm performance.
