Evolution of Hybrid Forecast Model for Wire Electro Discharge Machining of Aluminum Alloy with Sustainable Approach
摘要
AA 7075 is widely regarded as a highly suitable material for numerous engineering uses due to its outstanding characteristics, including enhanced ductility and reduced fatigue. It finds widespread use in the aerospace industry and shows promise for a wide range of other technical applications. Its exceptional resistance to corrosion makes it the top choice for many uses. Making complicated shaped components using traditional machining techniques is challenging. Numerous cutting-edge machining strategies have been developed to prevent such complications. One such technique is Wire Electrical Discharge Machining (WEDM), a subset of EDM. In this explorative study, Taguchi's methodology is adopted to examine the WEDM of AA 7075 aluminum alloy with sustainable approach. Natural dielectric medium is used in this exploration to reduce the negative impact to the environment. The research examined how different factors in the process can affect the WEDM procedure. In this analysis, a wide range of performance indicators, including material removal rate, surface roughness, and tolerance errors, have been considered. The wanted multi-performance index was predicted using an artificial intelligence tool based on hybrid approach. According to the outcomes of the study, the model provides an efficient and accurate prediction, which will be of great use to the manufacturer in establishing targets for key performance indicators.
