Worldwide connections have been made possible by the contemporary era's rapid technical growth. In the past decade, IoT solutions have melded into our daily lives. Manage enormous volumes of information continues to be a crucial part of every IoT project, regardless of how the design of the IoT varies between ventures. IoT data sets’ conclusions will be a valuable source of insight for business research. Models based on queueing theory offer a useful technique to forecast how a particular architecture may operate for a specific set of variables, aiding in the early identification of potential bottlenecks and efficiency problems. This study presents a queuing theory-based modelling framework. The suggested structure was utilised to simulate a certain situation and allowed system change using customised by user’s parameters. The outcomes demonstrate that the recommended approach is a valuable tool for creating solutions that meet QoS criteria. In order to find potential bottlenecks or raise the bar for performance in the environment, it may also be utilised to enhance designs.
