This paper proposes a low-carbon grid planning model for the rational allocation of new energy and energy storage in the grid. In the model, carbon emission cost, network loss cost, and grid economic cost are considered. The model is a nonlinear mixed integer programming problem. An improved dung beetle optimization algorithm is proposed to achieve efficient global solution. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by comparing the actual data in a numerical example.

摘要
