Tetracyclic-Based Energetic Materials
摘要
The more N-heterocycle structures present in a molecule, the higher the heat of formation. It can be easily attributed to the presence of a larger number of nitrogen atoms and –C=N– bonds in the four or more ring systems. Although there are many studies on bicyclic and tricyclic nitrogen-rich compounds, tetracyclic nitrogen-rich compounds are relatively less reported. Herein, the four or more ring systems recently reported as well as their synthesis and properties are presented.
