摘要

Education is a complex and multifaceted process that involves not only intellectual abilities but also various non-intellectual parameters. These non-intellectual parameters play a crucial role in predicting students’ educational performance. While intellectual parameters such as cognitive abilities and academic aptitude have traditionally been considered the primary determinants of academic success, research has increasingly recognized the influence of non-intellectual parameters in shaping students’ educational outcomes. These non-intellectual parameters encompass a wide range of parameters, including motivation, interest, emotion, willpower, personality traits, social support, and even external parameters such as socioeconomic status and parental involvement. Importance of non-intellectual parameters in educational performance research has shown that non-intellectual parameters have a significant impact on students’ educational performance.
