Students’ Perceptions on the Designed Instructional Videos in Their English Writing: A Narrative Study

This paper introduces a theoretical framework aimed at enhancing the design of digital instructional videos, with a focus on helping students achieve a higher level of automated learning. By creating well-structured instructional videos, schools can strengthen their digital capabilities and better integrate digital technologies into forward-looking teaching and learning practices. The paper also includes a case study detailing students’ experiences with the designed instructional videos. Additionally, it presents an analysis of students’ perceptions and reflections on these videos, specifically in the context of English writing instruction.
