摘要

Open and Distance Learning (ODL) is defined as an academic delivery approach that focuses on opening the opportunity to education and training provision, freeing learners from the constraints of time and place and offering flexible learning opportunities to individual and groups of learners by UNESCO. This is a rapid growing trend in the education industry. In contrast, the withdraw rate is also in an increasing trend. The present study investigates the support needed in ODL study from students’ perspective by conducting survey. The success factors in ODL study were compiled. The correlation between their background with these factors and how the University can support them in improving the students’ success was concluded.
