摘要

Consistent with the prevailing decentralization trend, the elimination of intermediaries and the optimization of contract execution processes via smart contracts on the block chain are crucial elements. The objective of this study is to examine the deliberate effects of decentralization and smart contracts on the improvement of Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) applications within the e-healthcare domain. The Health Chain-Smart Care (HCSC) architecture is proposed as a viable resolution to tackle obstacles and capitalize on the benefits that arise from the combination of smart contracts and block chain technology. The proposed architectural design utilizes a systematic approach to optimize efficiency and overcome inherent challenges commonly associated with conventional methods. It is of utmost importance to highlight that the research study presents empirical findings that substantiate the effectiveness of the HCSC architecture, showcasing notable improvements in key performance indicators such as the average packet delivery ratio, average latency, and average energy efficiency. Moreover, this comprehensive approach positions the research at the forefront of advancements in renewable energy engineering, offering an exploration into the transformative potential of block chain technology and intelligent contracts.
