Quality Control Model of Value Extraction of Residual Silk Reuse Based on Improved Genetic Algorithm
摘要
The recovery and reuse of residual silk in the tobacco industry is a normal work, but the efficiency of this work has always been a weak link in quality control. In this paper, the author proposes to use genetic algorithm to improve the efficiency of residual wire recovery and improve the value of residual wire recovery. For the whole recycling process of residual silk, multiple options in the process (whether to put it into storage on the same day, whether to put it into reproduction on the same day, the selection of input regeneration output, whether the products after reproduction are put into storage on the same day, and the sequence selection of utilization of regenerated cut tobacco) are regarded as a vector of five dimensions. The search space of this vector is the solution space of the problem. Genetic algorithm is used to explore the optimal solution in this search space. The practice shows that the algorithm proposed in this paper can greatly improve the value of residual wire reuse.
