Stakeholder Analysis

Stakeholder theory in its original form focused on the responsibility of organizational managements to take ethical and social considerations into account when its activities impact multiple constituencies and now encompasses environmental issues, sustainability and community concerns amongst others. It provides a useful analytical tool to categorize all major actors in a given situation and identify the roles they perform in attaining a consensual outcome.
