摘要

This study highlights how legal requirements, resource limitations, and increased environmental consciousness are driving the urgent need for sustainable reforms in the manufacturing sector. It gives a succinct but thorough synopsis of “Green the Manufacturing Industries,” emphasizing its importance, driving forces, and range of strategies. In order to steer industry stakeholders toward greener operations, the report makes a distinction between attaining holistic sustainability and making small, incremental changes. It advocates for a decrease in the effect of humans on the environment while outlining tactics and stressing system-level thinking and resource efficiency. Examples from real-world situations highlight the difficulties and achievements of green manufacturing techniques. This study argues that there should be a radical shift in focus toward sustainability and that implementing green practices is both strategically and morally necessary. This study provides a useful framework and concrete examples, making it a useful resource for manufacturers and legislators and propelling the industry toward a more sustainable future.
