Virtual Team Building: A Challenging Landscape with Blue Line

Global virtual teams are almost facing the same challenges as the traditional teams; however, the lack of acceptance of virtual teams is most alarming. Covid-19 has made the acceptance of virtual teams acceptable in the mainstream working conditions, but keeping them productive is challenging for most of the organizations. Many organizations fail miserably as they cannot find a proper solution. Previous studies have highlighted the challenges of the virtual team building. After conducting the literature review, this paper is an attempt of offering a roboust model for the creation of effective virtual teams for profit maximization.
