These developments are the result of the advancement of modern technology, which will replace human labor with artificial intelligence and robotics. Graduates cannot be prepared for this with the skills they already possess. In lieu of this, contemporary hospitality graduates ought to be exposed to and trained for the abilities of digitalization from an early stage. The advancement of competencies becomes the first focus once they are in need of upgrading. With the goal of evaluating recent developments and technology uses in the hospitality education and industry, this study analyses earlier research works in the field in order to evaluate the most recent developments and IT applications in the sector as well as review theories of skill development, particularly for hospitality graduates. This study used a systematic review methodology and took into account prior research on how hospitality graduates enhance their skills. The findings of this systematic research resulted in the development of a conceptual framework for the development of Fourth-generation technology abilities in the hospitality sector. The proposed conceptual framework can serve as a basis and guideline for future research efforts.
